Mobility Processes
Processes in mobility are considered to be all those that require movement and the performance of a task, such as:
- POD: Order delivery/pickup.
- Pre-sales: Commercial visit and order management directly at the customer's location.
- FIELD SERVICES: Execution of normally highly technical tasks and processes (maintenance, repairs,...) in the field.
All these processes are carried out in a mobile environment, which is why they share many functionalities.

TMS (Transport Mangement System map)
